Do I need an appointment for an eye exam, or can I walk in?

We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you get the time and attention you deserve. However, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible. Please call ahead to check availability.

How long does an eye exam take?

Most comprehensive eye exams take about 30 to 45 minutes. If you need additional testing or have specific concerns, your visit may take a bit longer.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your current glasses or contact lenses, a list of any medications you take, your vision insurance information, and a photo ID. If you have a previous prescription, that can be helpful, too.

Can I use my existing prescription to buy glasses here?

Yes! If your prescription is up to date (within the last year), you can use it to purchase new glasses with us. If it’s been a while, we recommend a quick eye exam to ensure your vision needs haven’t changed.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We accept most major vision insurance plans. If you’re unsure about your coverage, our staff will be happy to check your benefits and explain your options.

How quickly can I get my new glasses?

Many glasses can be ready within a few days, and some single-vision prescriptions may be available the same day. Specialty lenses or custom orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always give you an estimated timeline.

Do you offer repairs or adjustments for glasses purchased elsewhere?

Yes, we’re happy to help with minor repairs and adjustments, even if you didn’t purchase your glasses from us. Our goal is to make sure your eyewear is comfortable and functional.

Can I get prescription sunglasses or specialty lenses?

What if my new glasses don’t feel right?

Your comfort is our priority. If your new glasses need any adjustments, just let us know. We offer complimentary fittings and will make sure your eyewear feels and works just right.
