Jenny Patel, OD
Optometric Physician
Dr. Jenny Patel graduated with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in Vision Science from Nova Southeastern University and Medical Diagnostics from the University of Delaware.
After graduating, Dr. Patel completed a residency in Ocular Disease with an emphasis in Primary Care and Geriatric Optometry at the Orlando VA Medical Center, where she received advanced clinical training in diagnosing and managing a wide range of eye diseases, including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, dry eye disease, and many other complex ocular conditions. She is also experienced in delivering comprehensive primary eye care, including contact lens evaluations and fittings, to patients with a variety of visual needs.
Dr. Patel is committed to providing personalized, comprehensive eye care tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and visual goals. Whether it’s a routine eye exam or managing a chronic eye condition, she strives to help every patient feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.
Originally from Delaware, Dr. Patel now enjoys calling Central Florida home. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her enjoying Florida’s beautiful outdoors. She loves spending time at the beach, relaxing by the lake, boating, and just about anything involving the water. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and making memories with family and friends.
