Diba Ossareh, O.D. earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University, in Davie, FL, where she completed multiple internships at specialty clinics in Southeast Florida. Her internship training includes care in retinal disease, glaucoma, cornea, cataracts, LASIK and refractive surgery. She is experienced in performing comprehensive eye exams, providing pre- and post-operative care, and fitting specialty contact lenses such as Scleral, Hybrid, RGP and Orthokeratology lenses.
Before joining Lake Eye Associates, Dr. Ossareh completed her residency training in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at the San Diego VA Healthcare System in San Diego, CA.
Dr. Ossareh holds certifications in MiSight, Moonlens, Paragon CRT Contact Lenses, EyeCode and Abiliti Overnight Lenses. She is also a member of the San Diego Optometric Society and the American Optometric Association.
In her free time, Dr. Ossareh enjoys coffee shops, traveling, reading, and spending time with family. She’s excited to return to Florida to join Lake Eye Associates in May, 2025.
