Alexandria Rawls, OD
Optometric Physician
Dr. Alexandria Rawls earned her Doctor of Optometry with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. Dr. Rawls completed an externship and served her residency at Bay Pine VA Healthcare Center, centering on primary eye care, ocular diseases, and low vision.
While at NSU’s Eye Care Institute, Dr. Rawls performed comprehensive vision and ocular health exams, delivered treatment to help manage glaucoma and corneal diseases, and assisted patients with low vision management options and other services.
Dr. Rawls performs comprehensive eye exams to diagnose a wide range of eye diseases and conditions, and prescribes and fits specialized contact lenses. She has donated her time to vision screenings for the citizens of Belize during a mission trip, and to athletes participating in the Special Olympics.
